Tissue R&D Engineer
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development of titanium technology, including the development and evaluation of biomaterials, as well as the development and evaluation of new technologies for biomaterial modification;
2. Participate in new product registration related work, including product standard formulation, biosafety, biocompatibility, biological testing, etc.;
3. Write technical documents related to new products, such as DHF, DMR, and risk management documents;
4. Collaborate with external partners and cross functional departments to solve work problems;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Job requirements:
1. Major in biology and chemistry, master degree or above
2. Working experience in animal derived medical devices is preferred;
3. Proficient in operating chemical laboratory related instruments, equipment, and tools, and have good working habits in chemical laboratories;
4. Proficient in communicating in English, able to read English literature and patents proficiently, and experience in collaborating with foreign suppliers is preferred;
5. Rigorous thinking and diligent work;
6. Possess strong analytical, inductive, and summary abilities, certain innovative abilities, good teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and the ability and initiative to independently solve problems
