Job responsibilities:
A、 Surgery centered
1. Surgical quality control, which improves the surgical quality by optimizing the surgical plan and enhancing the surgical ability and skills of independent surgeons
Preoperative discussion of difficult cases in 2 regions, output of surgical plans, intraoperative follow-up, and postoperative review; Timely and standardized organization of implanted data
B、 Improvement of personnel capabilities within the region
Training on technical skills for new employees within six months of joining in Region 1,
Provide guidance and assessment on the follow-up process for independent sales personnel in 2 regions, and assist regional sales personnel in improving their professional skills;
C、 Assist in the training of medical practitioners
1. Undertake regional independent practitioner training programs and carry out academic activities such as department meetings
Cooperate with the Ministry of Professional Education to collect and manage regional case data
D、 Other tasks assigned by superiors

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, medical related majors are preferred, and those with excellent experience can be extended to associate degree;
2. At least 2 years of sales work experience, with sales experience in pharmaceutical and medical device products preferred;
3. Strong professional background, insight ability, market development ability, learning ability, and willingness to work in X-ray environments (with occupational protection);
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills and negotiation skills, proficient in using office software;
