Upstream Marketing Product Manager

Job responsibilities::
• Upstream marketing product managers responsible for supporting the global categories new product development and product launch in the Global market based on region successful. “Target Global, Win from the Region.”
• Capture Global product requirements based on regional specific needs and supports the development of new product ideas and analyze data to identify trends and opportunity. 
• Provides input for market/competitors insights, value proposition, business case creation, positioning, pricing and product roadmap for products from regional perspective. 
• Adapts and deploys regional market introduction plan and manage regional go to market activities on product level.
• Ensure clinical and design synergy and innovation wins together with R&D team, clinical research team, global commercial teams, business development team on the product level including commercial synchronization.
• Develop 5-year regional product development plan and annually monitors movement and financial performance to the plan.
• Deploys and adjust product position and pricing guidelines on product level. 
• Identify strategic positioning for product categories in worldwide and develop step by step product roadmap, as well as with the R&D technology roadmap. 
• Identify and execute market research to drive business performance and supporting portfolio decisions. 
• Represent the voice of the customer and transfer the customer voice to design through customer visit, marketing research, observational survey and tool.
• Work closely with R&D, QA, Regulatory and other functional groups to ensure the right product is built, on schedule. 
• Prepared to drive tradeoff analysis in the product development process to optimize for right balance of time to market, product features competitive and technical risk.
• Ability to interact professionally with cross function team and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization.
• Ability to build up customer intimacy and set the long term relationship with physicians including KOLs and PIs globally.
• Champion functional excellence and ensure appropriate rigor of execution for product development in innovation and new product development programs. 

Job requirements:
•“Key wording”: Upstream, Global experience, Medicine background, clinical research, product management, medical device, High value implantable device.
• Bachelor's Degree in Medicine or Science with 10+ years relevant experience is required.
• Master's Degree with 8+ years relevant experience is required. 
• Minimum ten (10) years of professional experience with medical device marketing and 
•  More than 5 years’ upstream marketing experience.
• Experience in implantable devices or structural heart disease areas.
• Experience of global business or product management.
• Strong Data analytics skill and marketing research experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent English both in verbal and written.
• Ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and effectively interface with global physicians, sales team, worldwide distributor partners and cross-functional team members.
