Balloon R&D Engineer

Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the research and development of interventional catheters and balloons, including medical knowledge research, product demand analysis, product design, raw material procurement and evaluation, and performance verification;
2. Participate in preliminary demand research and definition, design and improve the formula of selected target materials to meet product requirements;
3. Responsible for the design and development, parameter optimization, and feasibility verification of interventional catheters and balloons, ensuring the implementation of feasible plans;
4. Responsible for establishing a systematic evaluation and testing method for newly developed materials, and accurately evaluating the performance of related products;
5. Responsible for introducing and verifying new process technologies for interventional catheters and balloons, designing process flow charts, circulation cards, and drawings;
6. Responsible for research and procurement of raw materials and equipment related to the product;
7. Delivery of relevant technical documents during the design and development process, as well as writing of relevant patents;
8. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job requirements
1. At least 2 years of experience in the research and development of vascular intervention balloons;
2. Understand the ISO13485 standard, medical device production quality management standards, and medical device design and development process;
3. Knowledge and software operation related to mechanical drawing, such as CAD or Solidwork;
4. Have strong analytical and innovative abilities, a strong sense of teamwork, and strong execution ability;
5. Proficient in reading and writing English documents in English
