Job responsibilities: 
1. Implement the job responsibility system and work standards of the department, closely cooperate with marketing, planning, finance Liaison with quality and other departments, strengthening collaboration and cooperation with relevant departments
2. Responsible for organizing the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly production plans. Regularly organize and hold monthly production plan scheduling meetings of the company, and timely organize implementation, inspection, coordination, and assessment
3. Cooperate with Product development trial production, and timely arrange and organize trial production
4. Organize daily training for department personnel and career development planning for team members

Job requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with no restrictions on majors
2.3-5 years or more of experience in planning related work; Experience in planning and logistics related to medical devices and pharmaceuticals is preferred
3.Familiar with S&OP management concepts and able to effectively implement and operate them;
4.Familiar with GSP management standards and relevant rules;
5.Having the concept of planning and logistics lean operation (LSS green belt or above) is preferred;
6. Experience in using software such as ERP, SRM, TMS, WMS, Office, etc.
